This gift set is ideal for those who love small-batch, Southern honey. This gift set includes three 8-oz. jars of our three top-sellers: Tupelo (The King), Palmetto (Carpet Bagger) and Georgia Wild Flower (Two Mules).
The King: Our Tupelo is light in color with a powerful burst of pure sweetness. The sweetness lasts until the finish, and some people taste a hint of citrus spice as the sweetness fades.
Carpet Bagger: Our Palmetto honey has a golden color, but has a strong taste and character.
Two Mules: This wild flower honey has a robust, rounded flavor - not too sweet, not too strong. We often refer to it as "Table Honey" or "Spooning Honey".
Place of Origin: Two Mules is sourced from a 4th-generation family farm in North Georgia - about 15 miles away from our Serenbe store. Our Palmetto is sourced from a privately-owned family farm in Northern Florida. The King is sourced from a single farm in the swamps of South Georgia.
Storage / Preparation: Our honeys are best stored in a dark pantry above 68 degrees.
